Suicide is now the biggest killer of men aged between 19 and 45. Twelve men are lost due to suicide each day. Our hope is to reduce this number. Your contribution to the fund goes towards supporting Tomorrow Man workshops delivered to schools in Western Australia to help young men to build emotional muscles.

We aim to save the lives of young men by changing the stigma around men expressing their emotions. We believe with these workshops we can stop the upward trend of youth male suicide.

We aim to disrupt stereotypes

Let boys cry when they need to. The foundation's focus is on breaking Aussie macho gender stereotypes.

We want to build emotional support networks

Together, we can help boys build emotional muscles so that they can go through their lives with resilience.

We want boys to talk deeply and get good help

We urgently need to stop the increasing rate of young male suicide. We can do this by focusing on early intervention.

Ultimately we want all them to live fully
